When we’re fretful and stressed at bedtime, the chance of drifting off to sleep becomes even more impossible. A long-standing problem with insomnia becomes a vicious cycle.

We will interview you to find out what repetitive thought patterns whirl around your mind as you lie in bed. We’ll then write a bespoke script of hypnotic suggestions to re-write those negative thought loops, allowing you to anticipate deep sleep, and therefore reach it.
